You're a self-starter, detail-obsessed, and a collaborative team player who can juggle multiple country payrolls with ease.What You'll Be Doing Processing monthly payrolls for EMEA employees, working closely with internal teams and external vendors Validating and analyzing payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance Managing terminations, bonuses, and off-cycle payroll runs Ensuring Benefit in Kind is properly accounted for and taxed correctly Supporting local accountants with payroll-related GL accounts Identifying areas for process improvement—because we love efficiency Assisting internal and external auditors with payroll-related requestsWhat You Bring to the Table Experience processing multi-country payrolls—EMEA expertise is a huge plus Proficiency in SAP HR (Payroll), ADP, or other financial payroll modules Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll obligations and compliance requirements Excellent communication and follow-up skills—because payroll is all about teamworkThis opportunity is an 15 month contract, hybrid in Dublin.
