Job Role: Financial Services Professional
This is an opportunity for a highly ambitious and results-driven individual to join our organisation in a fast-paced environment that prioritises quality and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service an existing customer base, including inbound and outbound calls.
2. Review the existing customer base to identify financial services needs.
3. Persuade prospective clients to engage in phone conversations or meetings to discuss their financial needs.
4. Review the existing customer base for business development opportunities.
5. Provide advice and assistance to existing/new customers to help them achieve their financial goals.
6. Promote sales with the existing client base on protection products, with a view to developing other products.
7. Manage referrals to/from the advisory team.
8. Manage existing group pension and risk schemes.
9. Contribute actively towards campaigns.
10. Play a proactive role in developing the financial services hub.
Skill Set:
* QFA qualified.
* Good knowledge of life and protection insurance products, with at least 12 months' experience in the industry.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Confidence in working with clients face-to-face, digital platforms, by phone, or written correspondence.
* Target-driven and ability to work under pressure.
* Willingness to learn and determination to succeed.
