They are looking to add a client facing programme manager to their team for the delivery of a key programme. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ? Development of engagement frameworks encompassing methodology, value proposition, strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial considerations. ? Effective project execution through the application of established Project Management methodologies, including planning, team resourcing, team leadership, issue and risk mitigation, performance measurement, and reporting. ? Cultivation of strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring their satisfaction. ? Oversight of project progress, identification of potential challenges, and proactive intervention to ensure successful delivery. ? Evaluation and substantiation of the value generated through project outcomes. ? Leadership and facilitation of meetings, presentations, and workshops. ? Active listening to discern explicit and implicit concerns, providing appropriate responses, and fostering a receptive environment among stakeholders. ?
