KNOW THE ROLETo provide accurate and efficient stock management support, ensuring the flow of merchandise is maintained, operational standards are met, and the customer experience is enhanced through attention to detail, teamwork, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively as part of a team, delivering extraordinary service to internal and external customers.

Attend team briefings to understand daily/weekly targets, promotions, and priorities Conduct stock audits and checks, ensuring discrepancies are identified, investigated, and resolved Support the stocktaking process, preparing and reconciling records to maintain accuracy Monitor stock movement for events, photoshoots, and transfers, ensuring proper documentation Manage customer holds in line with policy, maintaining accuracy and communication Assist with the completion of RGAs and RTVs, ensuring compliance with procedures Maintain merchandising standards, replenishing stock promptly to optimise sales opportunities Deliver professional after-sales service, resolving customer queries effectively Promote customer loyalty programmes, events, and additional services to enhance experience Operate till procedures accurately, ensuring efficiency and compliance Uphold health, safety, and security procedures, maintaining a safe working environment Achieve and contribute to departmental KPIs and sales targets through effective stock support KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience in retail operations, stock handling, or merchandising Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Good numerical and analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and stock systems Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Results-focused with a commitment to achieving deadlines Reliable, professional, and accountable for tasks Customer-focused with a positive and approachable attitude KNOW WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUWe believe that every team member should have the opportunity to curate a meaningful career that enhances professional and personal development.
