We are seeking a Surveillance Case Manager to join our team based in Dublin Citywest.The role involves preparing surveillance operations and submitting our formal findings. It would suit an individual from an Insurance/Investigation/Claims Handling/Adjusting, Garda / Police or law enforcement background. Applicants should have a sound knowledge of court evidence and Data Protection legislation.What You'll DoAssess and plan the actions required to compile and complete a thorough investigation and Claimant Profiling as necessaryCarry out desktop enquires and telephone calls relating to the investigationAllocate the surveillance to the appropriate area and proactively manage progress from our field operatives liaising with the operatives to ensure S.L.A's are metProactively liaise with the appointed operatives and other interested parties to provide a seamless investigation process to the client and their policyholdersEnsure relevant systems are maintained, keeping the client informed of developments as per SLA'sReview and consolidate the investigation outputs, producing a report to the required standardTake personal responsibility for decisions and recommendations made / actions takenAdherence to agreed KPI'sInvoice the client in line with company protocolsAdhere to the Investigation Solutions policies and procedures as set out in the staff hand book with particular attention to health and safety, GDPR and confidentiality expectationsAdhere to applicable legislation pertaining to the investigationHave the confidence to be able to deliver evidence in court as required.Driver performance, customer service and delivery to an exceptional standard.Our company is heavily focused on technology; therefore, the successful candidate should have very good IT skills and be adaptable to change.What We're Looking ForInvestigations: 1 year (preferred)Excellent IT skills are essential.Good communication skillsPSA Accreditation - fully fundedThe ideal candidate will have the ability to operate within a team in a dynamic working environment and delivering excellent customer service is a must.What's On Offer25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysSick pay scheme after successful completion of probationary periodBereavement leavePension SchemeRecognition programmesLong service awardsJoin Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations in upholding our commitment to excellence in investigations and compliance.
