Lely Center Mitchelstown is looking for enthusiastic Service Technicians to join our growing team across Cork, Kerry, and Limerick. Whether you're an experienced technician or a motivated learner, this is your chance to be part of a revolution in modern dairy farming.
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Service Technician who is ideally based in the East Cork or West Limerick region, or anywhere within Cork, Kerry and Limerick. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will install, maintain, and support Lely’s full range of automation systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will play a vital role in installing and maintaining Lely’s cutting-edge farm automation systems. Your work will directly support our customers' success and satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Installing and servicing Lely equipment:
* Astronaut robotic milking systems
* Vector automated feeding systems
* Discovery barn cleaning robots
* Calm calf feeders
* Carrying out preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
* Logging and reporting service work accurately
* Building strong, trust-based relationships with farmers
* Participating in the on-call rota (after training) to provide 24/7 customer support
