German Speaking Sales Executive Opportunity
We are seeking a German-speaking sales professional to join our high-performing team in Dublin. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from qualification and demo to driving the buying process and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close with a high level of autonomy.
* Develop and execute a strategy for consistent pipeline generation and long-term territory success.
* Build and grow relationships with C-level stakeholders across ecommerce, retail, and consumer brands.
* Support peers, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of accountability and growth.
* Provide guidance to newer sales professionals and expand your scope by contributing to strategic initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
* 2+ years of experience carrying net-new revenue quota with a proven track record in SaaS sales.
* Experience selling into ecommerce, retail, or D2C brands and working with marketing or C-suite personas.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, forecast accurately, and close at a high rate.
* Embrace feedback and learning, demonstrate resilience, and seek continuous improvement.
* Energetic, supportive, and engaged in contributing to a positive team culture.
* Fully authorised to work in Ireland without restrictions.
