Job Title
A Positive Behaviour Support Specialist is required to work in a regional support service for people with intellectual disabilities that present with behaviours of concern.

Key Responsibilities:
* To enhance the quality of life of individuals through the implementation of person-centred and positive behaviour support plans.
* To work with individuals, families and professionals to maintain and enhance quality of life outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess a relevant third-level qualification in Positive Behaviour Supports or Applied Behaviour Analysis. A minimum of 3 years' experience working with people who have intellectual disabilities/autism that present with behaviours of concern is also required.
* Professional registration or eligibility for registration on the Social Care Workers Register maintained by CORU.
* Schedule 3 qualification or a comparable qualification recognised by CORU.
* Statutory Registration on the Social Care Workers Register maintained by CORU before a contract of employment can be issued.
