Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to work with a Galway based manufacturing company – 11 months maternity cover contract.
* Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and timely updates of employee data.
* Create HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
* Maintain personnel files in line with GDPR and organizational standards.
