Project Operations Director Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Director to lead and support Major Road schemes. The successful candidate will deliver project management support, provide analysis and problem-solving, prepare briefing plans/progress reports, programme updates, and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver project management support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Provide analysis and problem-solving to identify and mitigate project risks.
* Prepare briefing plans, progress reports, programme updates, and financial administration to support project delivery.
* Support the Project Manager in delivering the project and lead a team of project staff providing professional/technical guidance and coaching.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in civil engineering or another appropriate subject.
* Member of an appropriate professional engineering institution.
* Experience of working to UK or Ireland Roads standards.
* Capable of working to tight project timescales.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Fully licensed driver.
