ICE Jobs, in partnership with Tool & Gauge in Tubbercurry, is seeking a highly experienced Technical Sales Manager to join the team. This senior-level position focuses on driving business growth by securing new projects and nurturing existing client relationships to expand market presence across key industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for RFQs, presenting quotes and negotiating sales prices.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company growth targets.
* Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and trade shows with clients.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities domestically and internationally.
* Build strong client relationships by understanding technical requirements and providing engineering solutions.
* Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies, review pricing, and monitor profitability.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to directors.
* Work closely with engineering, research, design, and production teams to deliver quality products.
* Review pricing strategies to improve margins and mitigate inflation impacts.
Requirements:
* Experience in injection moulding manufacturing or toolmaking with a strong technical background.
* Senior sales or business development experience is advantageous.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Strong communication and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
