Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement annual business plans, including profit and loss forecasts, in conjunction with senior management.
* Manage existing partnerships to ensure continued support and identify opportunities for growth.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, suppliers, and partners.
* Source and secure new business opportunities and sponsorship contracts.
* Design and execute comprehensive partnership engagement strategies.
* Coordinate tasks between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive business objectives.
* Oversee the financial administration of partnerships, including invoicing and cash collection.
* Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
* Maintain accurate records of partnership activity, including contact databases and communication histories.
* Support the development and implementation of operational plans and processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Extensive experience in business development, sales, and relationship-building is required.
