Process Manager Job Description
As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing plant performance by improving production yields, line speeds, and material efficiency.
You'll lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives, manage process documentation, and coordinate training to ensure operational excellence.
The role involves driving continuous improvement projects, managing health and safety, and risk assessments, as well as supporting R&D activities in collaboration with international teams.
You'll play a key role in implementing lean manufacturing principles and delivering cost-saving initiatives as part of the annual action plan.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Degree in process, mechanical, or related engineering discipline
* 5+ years' experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems (e.g. FMECA, SPC), and automation
* Excellent project management skills
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
