Portfolio Manager Role

We are currently recruiting for a Portfolio Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of inter-related projects and workstreams to deliver the agreed business outcomes for the client(s).

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be part of a pre-sales team leading on Programme Management, who has experience of working as the Programme Lead on complex bids and competitive dialogue procurement processes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering the programme to time, budget, and quality, achieving the agreed outcomes.
* Establishing and maintaining an effective management and leadership structure.
* Managing and reporting to senior internal stakeholders.
* Managing the client relationship at senior IT and business levels.
Required qualifications and skills include:
* Strong experience of managing teams of people with the ability to communicate strategy clearly, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve together.
* Experience of at least one lifecycle (e.g. waterfall, agile, consultancy).
* Ability to produce proposal plans, text, and narratives to support proposed Program Delivery.
* Desirable skills: experience of more than one lifecycle, Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) for Agile Projects, membership of a Professional Programme Management organisation.
