Outside Services Administrator
(Positions available from April – October annually)
The Outside Service Administrator ("OSA") position at Hogs Head Golf Club ("HHGC") is a wonderful opportunity to serve at one of the top private, resort golf clubs in the world. HHGC is seeking an experienced, dynamic and innovative "OSA". The role functions as an "OSA" will primarily be responsible for working closely with the Outside Services "OS" and Concierge team to build cohesion and functional efficiency of our Ship Sticks arrangements, Tee Sheet management and starting procedures on the course. Additionally, this person will assist with various tasks associated with Outside Services. This position will work closely with and report directly to the Outside Services Supervisor, Director of Golf and Assistant Golf Professional. The "OSA" MUST possess the service gene and DNA with sincere and genuine desire to provide the ultimate experience for all HHGC Members and Guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
· Warmly greet all golfers to the 1st tee and ensure their first experience is a memorable one.
· Lead the team with starting procedures on the 1st tee.
· Arrange all Ship Sticks and golf bag transportation for Hogs & Guests.
· Manage the Tee Sheet on a daily basis to ensure that Itineraries and tee sheet are aligned.
· Ensure all billing is correctly allocated for each tee time.
· Ensure all tee times are correctly inputted to the tee sheet to ensure correct daily reporting.
· Accurately log all cart and golf club rentals for weekly reporting.
· Accurately log all Tag Marshal usage on the course.
· Liaises with the OSS team to ensure an efficient pace of play on the course.
· Assist with monthly stocktake.
· Maintain and restock practice area throughout the day.
· Coordinate the refreshment service.
· Heli arrival and departures operations – Liaise with concierge team.
· Must maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
· Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed and completed.
· Ensuring all players have a wonderful experience unmatched.
COMMUNICATION:
· To liaise efficiently with the HOD's to enhance our members and guest's experiences at all times.
· Maintaining effective communication to ensure plans, challenges and successes are understood, and individual performance is aligned to Company requirements.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:
· Continuously develop job knowledge by attending all scheduled company training.
· Promoting and contributing to a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
· Ensure team members are conversant with and aware of Company standards and that those standards are fully implemented.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
* Previous experience within the golf industry desired but not essential.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

* A noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
