Capital Water Systems Ltd is a family run company that operates in the environmental flow survey sector, based in Roscommon Town it continues to grow and expand.Due to this continued expansion it now has a new position available of Office Manager to work alongside its existing team members.The role will primarily be based in our offices in Roscommon but we are open to a hybrid model of office based and working from home possibly one day a week. We are also flexible regarding start and finish times and envisage the weekly hours to range from 25 – 30 hours a week.The role will involve organizing of information collected on projects for issuing to clients and liasing with the reporting team to ensure reports are issued in a timely manner. Liasing with the accounting team and project managers to ensure invoices are issued correctly and on time. Booking of accomadation for our site technicians, maintaining asset lists and maintenace logs etc.The successful candidate will need to be very organized with a high attention to detail, while full training will be provided a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word would be advantageous.
