Specializing in data centres, pharmaceutical, and industrial projects throughout Ireland, the UK, and Europe, the company is known for its high standards, safety, and efficiency Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to support major hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret project contract documentation in full Assess and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations Prepare detailed, cost-effective valuations and ensure timely submission Draft and distribute contractual documents to the supply chain Identify and evaluate changes in scope and prepare variation pricing Prepare and agree monthly progress claims Maintain accurate records of claims, certificates, and retentions Manage commercial and contractual aspects of subcontractor accounts Prepare and present monthly commercial project reports Provide relevant information and risk analysis to senior management Forecast and manage project cash flow Undertake all other duties associated with the role Key Requirements Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Construction, or a related field Proven experience in commercial management within the construction or data centre sectors Minimum of 3 years experience in an electrical QS role Strong understanding of construction contracts and contractual obligations Skilled negotiator with client-facing experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and Project Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy Familiarity with electrical tender processes is a distinct advantage Candidates must be eligible to work full time and long term in the location specified or currently hold a valid appropriate long term work Visa to apply. eir evo talent, eir evo and our clients are equal opportunity employers who seeks to recruit and appoint the best available person for a job regardless of marital / civil partnership status, sex (including pregnancy), age, religion, belief, race, nationality and ethnic or national origin, colour, sexual orientation or disability. eir evo talent, eir evo and our clients apply all relevant Data Protection laws when processing your Personal Data.
