About the Role
As a Deskside Support Engineer, you will make an impact by taking care of hands and feet support for Dedicated project in terms of End User issues and Vulnerability remediation. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant team and work collaboratively with manager, primary team, or other stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities
Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC) Break Fix and end user support activities as required.
Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore).
Complete special projects as requested by Customer.
Provides technical training to more junior employees.
Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery.
Where required provide support for the Manufacturing Shop Floor handhelds laptops.
Qualifications
Deskside Support Desktop/Laptop/PC Support
Required Skills

Pay range and compensation package
This is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Carlow. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you’re engaged in, as well as business and client requirements. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.
