Job Title: Financial Operations Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in accounting and administration, with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the finance team by performing sub-ledger transactional support, focusing on Purchase Invoice Processing and data entry.
* Provide assistance across various finance and administrative initiatives as required.
* Manage cashbooks, prepare accurate reports, and reconcile expenses.
* Assist with audits and contribute to team efficiency through cross-training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

* Able to work independently, prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Good attitude towards learning and adapting to new processes.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential.
