Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Dublin | Full-Time | Permanent Salary: €95,000 + Car / Allowance + €15k Bonus + Pension + Healthcare Contribution The Company Our client is a well-established construction products manufacturer supplying specialist building solutions to the Irish construction market. Alongside its core manufacturing operation, the business has recently launched a project management services arm, providing building contractors with a more integrated, end-to-end delivery offering. The company works across a range of residential and commercial construction projects and is investing heavily in senior commercial capability to support continued growth. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial ownership of multiple projects from pre-contract through to final account, supporting both product supply and project delivery services. Key responsibilities include: Managing projects from estimating and tender stage through to final account Leading contract negotiations and commercial strategy Producing take-offs, bills of materials, and cost plans Managing variations, risk, and cashflow across live projects Overseeing QS activities and supporting wider commercial functions Working closely with contractors, internal teams, and site personnel Attending site visits as required from the Dublin office base The Person We're keen to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors operating at Senior QS level, particularly those with strong end-to-end project exposure.
