How You'll Make An Impact
As Head of Employee Benefits, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading and developing a high-performing team of compensation and benefits professionals.
* Driving collaboration across departments to deliver best-in-class solutions.
* Conducting market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive offerings for our clients.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets through tailored, client-focused strategies.
* Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
* Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and new business generation.
* Ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
* Providing regular updates to the Executive Leadership Team on performance, pipeline, and market trends.
About You
* 10+ years' experience in the Employee Benefits sector.
* QFA qualification and CIP in Health Insurance & Associated Insurances (CIP-05) - essential.
* Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions in a dynamic environment.
* Deep knowledge of the Irish employee benefits landscape, including legislation and market trends.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of business development success.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
