This role oversees program planning, curriculum alignment, and stakeholder engagement to ensure training initiatives meet regulatory requirements, sector standards, and workforce needs, working closely with educators and training providers.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership and project management skills, timelines, and evaluation processes, and use data to drive continuous improvement, while demonstrating a deep understanding of early childhood education frameworks, workforce development, and adult learning principles.
