Our Technology client has an exciting requirement for a HR Advisor for a 6 month contract, with the opportunity to work fully remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR function, executing HR operational processes and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. Daily use of HRIS to manage HR transactions
2. Provide HR support to employees throughout all stages of employment lifecycle
3. Partner closely with other wider HR function to execute HR operational services
4. Focus on employee experience, and data accuracy.
5. Provide coaching and advice to employees and management on core HR policies and processes
6. Maintain confidentiality of HR data and projects.
7. System testing and reporting
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. 2 years’ experience working in a HR Operational environment
2. Experience supporting multiple countries across EMEA (Highly desirable)
3. HRIS knowledge and experience
4. Excellent attention to detail
5. Strong communication skills (Both written and verbal)
