Job Summary:
* We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the commercial aspects of electrical projects from tender to final account.
* The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong knowledge of contracts, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), profit plans, and commercial reporting
2. Handle subcontractor accounts, valuations, and payments
3. Lead commercial meetings with clients and project teams
4. Identify risks, cost site changes, and track progress with Planning Engineers
5. Maintain records, negotiate with clients, and uphold ISO 9001:2015 standards
Requirements:
* Local experience in Ireland is essential for this role
* Degree in Construction Economics / Quantity Surveying or related field is required
* Experience on Electrical projects is necessary
* Strong contract knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills are essential
* Detail-focused, self-motivated, and eligible to work in Ireland with a clean driving licence is preferred
