Job Title: Customer Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill this key role in Dublin, Ireland.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and qualifications in customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex electro-optical and electromechanical equipment at customer sites.
Responsibilities include representing the company to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating actions with customers to minimize downtime, and preparing field service reports on customer support activities.
Key qualifications include good practical skills on electronic, electrical, pneumatic, optical, and fine mechanical assemblies, ability to read and work with engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals, excellent analytical problem-solving skills, and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
A degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent is required. Relevant industry experience is highly valued.
