In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team to ensure the efficient manufacturing of top-quality products playing a crucial role in driving performance improvements and ensuring targets are met.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate production teams to meet daily and annual targets Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Maximize efficiency and output while minimizing waste Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure all products meet quality standards and compliance requirements Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Process Excellence teams Maintain detailed and accurate reports on production activities Train and develop team members to enhance skills and efficiency The Ideal Candidate A degree or third-level qualification in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field OR 4+ years of relevant manufacturing experience Experience in a technical manufacturing environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train teams Ability to prioritize tasks and meet targets Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Whats in it for you?
