The Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with real-world learning experiences, helping you build confidence in your abilities and flourish in your career. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience across the Milk Supply Function, including managing on-farm milk quality and compliance to regulations, milk supplier account management, and one-to-one farmer engagement.
You will also have the opportunity to advance your technical experience while collaborating on project work with our Agribusiness, Transport, and Quality Control teams. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance documentation and owning and improving processes with the support of our Regional Manager.

* You will manage on-farm milk quality and compliance to regulations.

Requirements:
* High academic record to date in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or related discipline; and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree.
