Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Community Engagement Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our residential development in Dublin, Ireland. This role requires someone who can work independently on-site at the development while collaborating with a wider team responsible for managing and servicing the property and its residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate daily with Block Managers and Property Managers;
* Develop and manage concierge-type services and offerings;
* Act as Front of House/Reception;
* Promote exceptional customer service and foster relationships with residents, contractors, and local stakeholders;
* Organize and promote resident engagement events – coordinate logistics and present proposals for review/approval;
* Coordinate and manage resident events once approved;
* Create and monitor social forums on approved platforms to facilitate interaction among residents;
* Develop innovative ideas for suggested events/services & amenities on an ongoing basis;
* Keep residents informed via communication systems and approved platforms regarding issues or events happening in the area and within the building;
* Update residents' events calendar regularly;
* Work towards building a welcoming and active community;
* Facilitate access to apartments for third-party contractor requirements (with residents' permission);
* Liaise with Block Management Agent for common area-related matters and assist as needed;
* Assist with CCTV requirements as directed by the Block Manager;
* Liaise with residents and relevant parties if issues arise; collaborate with third parties to address and resolve or remedy any issues;
* Manage deliveries and their storage on behalf of residents;
* Manage bookings of communal areas (e.g., amenity spaces);
* Address residents' requirements as they arise;
* Provide local knowledge to residents as required;
* Assist with the arrival of new residents and move-ins if necessary;
* Liaise with contractors related to the property for maintenance or general upkeep;
* Securely manage and store apartment keys and master keys;
* Work on Client-approved software systems and update as necessary;
* Assist with maintenance issues and troubleshooting for apartments or common areas;
* Collaborate with Property Managers and Block Managers on building issues and property management matters;
* Participate in regular check-ins with Property Manager and Block Manager to share issues and resident feedback to drive resident satisfaction;
* Assist Property Manager and Block Manager with inspections or review of common areas or arranging inspection of apartments as required;
* Liaise with and take instruction from Company Managers on any Human Resource matters that arise;
* Lead the on-site team and train new team members;
* Provide feedback on improvements and amendments to the onsite setup and services;
* Meet the company's aspirations to provide a high level of service, create a positive community, and welcoming atmosphere.
