What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver world-class customer support: respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional, efficient manner
* Manage orders: ensure accurate placement and tracking for Platinum, Gold, and Key Account customers
* Become a product expert: trained across multiple product lines and divisions (Ostomy, Elements, Wholesale, etc.)
* Support key systems: work with SAP, Awards, Salesforce, and other ordering tools
* Take ownership: handle specialized tasks, resolve account discrepancies, and manage customer complaints
* Act as a liaison: connect customers, suppliers, operations, and sales teams to ensure timely resolution
* Mentor others: act as a subject matter expert, support junior staff, and participate in training and onboarding
* Drive improvement: recommend process enhancements and participate in ad hoc projects to elevate service delivery
* Achieve results: meet personal and team KPIs, contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
