Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HVAC / Ventilation Installer to join our installation team.Role OverviewThe HVAC / Ventilation Installer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and support of ventilation and HVAC and other ventilation systems, including mechanical ventilation, heat recovery, and air quality solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach when working in occupied properties.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall HVAC and ventilation systems in residential and light commercial properties.Install ductwork, grilles, fans, and associated components to a high standard.Assist with commissioning and testing of systems to ensure optimal performance.Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and site plans.Identify and resolve installation or system performance issues.Work closely with surveyors, electricians, and project managers.Ensure installations comply with relevant building regulations and safety standards.Maintain clean, tidy, and professional work areas, particularly in occupied homes.Key RequirementsProven experience as an HVAC and/or ventilation installer.Strong understanding of mechanical ventilation systems and ducting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.Full, clean driving licence.Desirable (but not essential):Experience with MVHR and single-room heat recovery systems.Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.Experience working in residential retrofit or home upgrades.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Full-time, stable employment.Training on VentSolve systems and products.Opportunities for progression within a growing company.Supportive, professional team environment.Company vehicle and tools (where applicable).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
