The Accounts Receivable Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the financial administration of aviation revenue, including billing and collection of rent and maintenance reserve receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Invoice Generation: Assist with the preparation and issuance of invoices for rental, maintenance reserves, and other charges.
2. Financial Reporting: Generate and present financial reports as required by management.
3. Customer Account Management: Work closely with internal teams to track and document customer account activities.
4. Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and bank statements to maintain financial integrity.
5. Payment Processing: Oversee the processing of incoming payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording in financial systems.
6. Customer Communication: Keep customer contact records up to date to facilitate effective communication and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and address invoicing concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Financial Transactions: Proficiency in handling financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
* Finance Experience: Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance-related role, ideally within a fast-paced multinational environment or aviation sector.
* Accounting Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility to work different hours.
