We are looking for a talented and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer for our a key TEKenable client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building Microsoft Dynamics Case Management Solutions with a user-centric design background. You will work closely with our design and business teams to create seamless, user-friendly experiences. This contract opportunity is a hybrid working role with the expectation to visit the office in central Dublin, Ireland, at least twice per week.
The MS Dynamics Developer must be proficient in working on Agile projects, with previous experience in MS Dynamics Case Management Solution (CMS) development is highly desirable. We are looking for an experienced developer with strong technical skills to create and customise software applications using MS Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement customised solutions in MS Dynamics 365 CMS to meet business requirements. This includes creating and customising entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports.
* Develop Integrated Dynamics 365 with other business applications and systems using APIs and middleware tools.
* Develop workflows and Power Apps for enhanced user interactions based on business requirements.
* Maintain and improve MS Dynamics performance and reporting capabilities.
* Debug and fix issues to improve performance and user experience.
* Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CMS and other systems using tools such as Power Automate, Azure DevOps, and custom APIs.
* Configure Dynamics 365 CMS system settings and security roles to ensure compliance with business needs and data protection regulations.
* Oversee SharePoint set-up, data migration processes, ensuring data integrity
* and the accuracy of the data storage and uploads.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CMS related issues and ensure timely resolution.
* Prepare detailed documentation for system configurations, customisations and user guides
Required Key Experience and Skillset
* Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery with experience in responsive and adaptive design principles.
* Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics customer service portal, Power Apps and Dataverse data mapping
* Development experience with MS Dynamics 365 CMS development and customisation.
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CMS architecture and capabilities.
* Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 CMS with other systems using tools like Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIs.
* Experience with Dataverse, Reporting and customisation of dashboards for various business reporting needs.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
