As part of the opening leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape the operations, culture, and guest journey from the ground up.
The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, and helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
Qualifications
* Ideal candidate with a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
* Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel.
* Strong leadership and team management skills – proven ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate staff across departments.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – ability to communicate professionally, resolve guest issues promptly, and support senior management effectively.
* Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish required.
