Job Description:
As a Vehicle Experience Specialist, you will deliver exceptional vehicle handover experiences to customers, ensuring they are fully familiar with the features, controls, and technology of their new vehicle. You will tailor each handover to reflect a premium, personalized, and seamless transition into vehicle ownership.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough pre-delivery inspections, providing comprehensive post-handover support, upholding brand values, and maintaining an immaculate showroom and delivery area. You will also stay updated on current and upcoming products, technologies, and services to act as a knowledge authority within the organization.
In addition, you will manage all vehicle administration tasks, including registration, documentation checks, and compliance with legal and brand requirements. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of vehicle invoicing, finance documents, and delivery paperwork, while coordinating with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth administrative flow from sale to delivery.
You will maintain up-to-date records in internal systems, provide feedback on customer experiences, and suggest improvements to enhance the handover process. Finally, you will ensure all vehicles meet brand quality standards and legal requirements before delivery, adhering to Health & Safety and Data Protection policies during customer interactions and administrative work.
