Portfolio Project Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Project Leader to join our Engineering Department on a 12-month contract.
This individual will manage a portfolio of in-house capital projects from conception to completion, ensuring strong project delivery and compliance with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities include managing multiple site-based capital projects, implementing cost control processes, supporting project managers with budgeting and resource planning, monitoring financial performance, and preparing performance reports for leadership.
A successful candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial and contract management, as well as proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling them to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders and drive project success.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Construction-related)
* Minimum 10 years of capital project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
