We're currently looking for individuals with abackground in lead generation(as well as prospecting, cold calling, BDR, SDR, or any roles in the early stages of the sales cycle) to start aBusiness Development careerwith us (with a clearly-defined andtransparent pathway to Account Management).At Access, promotions work through a 100% merit-based career structure, where everybody always knows exactly what they have to achieve in order to get promoted (no need for manager approval or to await any rigid timeframes).At the moment, theaverage timeframe in between promotions is around 6 months(of course it can vary, since it's merit-based). However, the reason we look for professionals in early sales cycle roles (lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, BDR, SDR…) is because that experience translates exceptionally well into our target-driven and reward-centred environment.
