We are seeking an experienced Finishing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for applying the final coat of paint to our high-quality kitchen units.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Prepare units for finishing by cleaning and sanding surfaces.
* Mix and match paint to ensure perfect color consistency.
* Apply paint using the correct equipment, following all safety protocols.
* Perform quality checks on completed jobs to ensure there are no defects or imperfections.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Finishing Specialist or equivalent role.
* Strong knowledge of painting equipment, materials, and techniques.
