You will assist and take ownership in delivering high-quality facilities management, planned maintenance activities, moves management, health and safety, and energy management to enable business operations in a safe, comfortable, productive, and cost-effective environment.

Responsibilities include:

* Executing technical duties covering mechanical, electrical, and building fabric maintenance.
">
* Completing planned preventative maintenance on equipment as per the Plant CMMS / World FM system.
">
* Proactively identifying and resolving equipment maintenance issues to maximize uptime.
">
* Servicing electrical, mechanical, and non-technical equipment.
">
* Liaising with the engineering team to respond to queries and ensure conformance with service level agreements.
">
* Fault resolution and repairs to broken-down equipment.
">
* Maintaining records in line with requirements.
">
* Assisting in the installation of new plant and equipment.
">
">
Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you will require:
">
">
* A Senior Trades or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
">
* Experience in utilities and facilities management.
">
* Formal training or certification in relevant areas.
">
* At least 3 years' relevant experience.
">
* Basic computer knowledge.
">
* A proven track record in preventative and reactive maintenance.
