Uninterruptible Power Ltd, (UPL) part of the Rehlko Energy Group, is seeking a Service Sales Executive focussed on the ownership of the strategically important Service Sales Capacitor, Fans and Battery Replacement opportunities for UPL Ireland. This activity is key component of the overall profitability of both the department and wider organisation.

If you have Sales experience are looking to for a move to an existing role where this position offers ownership to drive growth and deliver exception results this role could be for you.

About This Role
To maximise the sales for the ongoing essential maintenance requirements (battery replacements, Fan and Capacitor changes etc.) for Kohler supplied UPS and 'other' UPS manufacturers as required.

This Will Be Achieved By
Utilisation of the organisations IT Navigator system, Engineer Reports, and inherited client lists to ensure that all customers are provided with quotations in a timely manner and to ensure orders are secured in a timeframe that allows the work to be completed in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Ensure professional telephone follow up with potential customers to ensure quotations were received and that all issues were addressed in the quotation and subsequent telephone calls to chase up quotations issued. Accurate processing of won orders via the IT Navigator system with attached pertinent documents so that the works can be booked and completed correctly and effiociently. Develop a close working relationship with UK Service sales colleagues to ensure that the best practice techniques are understood and implemented in the Irish business. Establish a good working relationship with the Projects, Technical and Materials Managers to ensure that customer requirements are fully understood, and contracts completed in a timely manner.

What We Are Looking For
The Service Sales Executive must be able to demonstrate a passion to continually achieve the service sales target, irrespective of any challenges that may arise.

He/she must have exceptional organisational skills to manage a large pipeline of opportunities, combined with a strong customer focus to ensure that all follow up actions are professionally completed within the required timescales and successfully closed, following the processes to ensure the accurate processing of orders so that others in the organisation can facilitate the works.
