Responsibilities
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and cooperating with co‑workers to provide excellent sales service.
Achieving KPI’s and operational expectations.
Connecting with every customer by asking open‑ended questions to assess needs.
Learning and sharing expertise of products and trends to fit customer needs.
Maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge, current and upcoming product and trend information.
Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Experience in a retail environment preferred.
Good communication and listening skills.
Confident, approachable and enthusiastic when talking to people.
Good attention to detail.
Self‐motivated and able to work independently.
Well organised.
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays and evenings (Monday‐Sunday).
