Job Summary:

* Respond to pre- and post-sales enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Manage warranty-related calls, including logging issues, coordinating resolutions, and following up with technical experts.
* Provide expert advice and product guidance to customers, showcasing in-depth knowledge of heating technologies.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
* Support the team with order processing, returns, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A working knowledge of plumbing, heating, or electrical systems.
