Regional P&L Leader for Honeywell Thermal Solutions EMEA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Owning the regional Profit and Loss (P&L) for the Honeywell Thermal Solutions business in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, with a focus on delivering top-line revenue and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA).
2. Establishing a robust Management Operating System (MOS) that streamlines processes and enhances operational productivity, cost management, and profitability.
3. Facilitating Offering Management to define branding and market penetration strategies for the region, driving market demand for offerings, and ensuring alignment with customer needs.
4. Defining and executing the product and technology roadmap to serve the unique requirements of Thermal Solutions customers in a differentiated manner.
5. Driving operations, sourcing, and finance functions towards a common vision, delivering best-in-class performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality, and service that exceed customer expectations.
6. Building and developing a high-performing talent pool that drives growth for the Thermal Solutions business in the EMEA region.
7. Developing an effective Capital Allocation strategy that supports regional business growth targets.
8. Ensuring compliance and forecast quality.
9. Avoiding contractual penalties and minimizing costs associated with legal fees and internal expenses through efficient contract administration.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in strategic leadership, operations, business management, sales, or program management.
2. Proven track record in delivering growth and financial performance for an independent line of business.
3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a successor and business/sales leader succession plan.
4. Strong understanding of financial concepts, including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow, and Working Capital mechanics.
5. Experience in deploying and running a Financial Pulse MOS and a Sales MOS.

Desired Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
* Extensive management experience with P&L accountability.
* Strong sales, branch management, and operations experience.
* Industry experience is highly desirable.
* Tactical and strategic skills are required.
* Ability to motivate and build high-performing teams.
* Process/systems and results-oriented approach.
* Manages change through exploration and learning.
* Reliable judgment in complex situations.
