The Opportunity: Dublin (with opportunity to relocate to New York)
We're looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing US construction and engineering division, supporting the expansion of our US business from our Dublin office.
No recruitment experience is required. We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to build a successful career in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment.
This is a unique opportunity to start your recruitment career within an established international business while working on the US market. You'll receive full training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to learn from experienced recruiters as you develop your skills.
As our US operation continues to grow, there will be genuine opportunities for career progression, including the potential to relocate to New York within 6‑12 months with full visa sponsorship provided.
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Learn the fundamentals of recruitment through structured training and mentorship
Source and engage candidates across the US construction and engineering market
Build relationships with candidates and clients
Support senior consultants on live assignments and key accounts
Develop business development and client management skills
Progress towards managing your own recruitment desk
Contribute to the continued growth of our US business
What We're Looking For
No recruitment experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn
Confident speaking with people and building relationships
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Commercially minded with a desire to succeed
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, sports, or other people‑focused environments is advantageous but not essential
