Lavazza Supervisors play a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving targets. As part of our front-line operations, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in ensuring the business operates in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the store manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets through effective leadership and communication skills
* Supervise and support team members in preparing and serving coffee beverages
* Motivate the team by challenging staff to meet achievable goals
* Ensure the store is operating in line with company standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role with a strong track record of achievement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers
* Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
