This is a senior leadership position where you will shape cloud-first platforms, build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, and partner closely with investment stakeholders to deliver resilient, market-leading solutions.You will play a key role in driving technical strategy, modernising investment systems, and ensuring technology aligns seamlessly with business and investment goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team delivering critical investment platforms.Own and execute the technical roadmap for Aladdin and associated investment systems.Partner with investment professionals and senior technology leaders to translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions.Provide architectural and design leadership, ensuring platforms are secure, resilient, and future-proof.Drive cloud transformation initiatives, building and evolving robust Azure-based investment platforms.Skills & ExperienceProven experience as an Engineering Manager, ideally within financial services or investment technology.Strong understanding of investment platforms; experience with Aladdin or similar systems is highly desirable.Solid technical background in .NET, Python, and Azure, with the ability to guide architectural decisions (hands-off coding).Demonstrated ability to set technical direction, influence stakeholders, and deliver at scale.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Must hold a valid Stamp 4 visa.
