What you will do:
Technical / Managerial Responsibilities
Attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent while driving personal and professional growth, delivering high-quality results with passion, energy, and drive.
Proactively address technical, business, and personnel challenges to drive positive outcomes.
Make project-level decisions under guidance.
Use strong listening and communication skills to influence and convey technical, business, and regulatory ideas to stakeholders.
Support a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in hiring and staff development.
Lead projects within the business unit, including planning, budgeting, and staffing.
Mentor others in complex cross-functional efforts, building key relationships to drive innovation and achieve business goals.
Business Responsibilities:
Drive financial accountability within the team, including budget creation and tracking.
Participate in customer-facing activities like Voice of Customer and customer-centric design.
Med Device Compliance:
Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for specific projects.
Set an example in procedures and design controls.
Review and approve (or delegate) technical documentation and deliverables.
