- THE ROLE -

The Architectural Technician (Asset Management) is responsible for assisting with the asset management for the University, which includes maintaining databases for campuses and properties.

- ABOUT YOU -

You will have a minimum of an HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Architectural Technology, Architecture, building services or a related construction discipline, and significant post-qualification experience working as an Architectural/Building Services Technician in a relevant setting (e.g., higher education, commercial, public sector, or consultancy).

You will have demonstrable experience in document filing and producing detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/drafting software. You will have experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams, and experience of setting up and maintaining filing structures relating to health and safety files, drawings, asset management, and data storage.
