Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer
Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Monitor and report on project progress, including budget and timeline
Provide technical guidance and support to site staff
Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns
Maintain a safe and productive work environment
