Senior Clinical Psychologist Role
This role is designed for a skilled and experienced clinical psychologist to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological services to individuals with complex mental health needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering psychological services across the business, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment program development and implementation, as well as facilitating therapy/counselling sessions and group interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a range of psychological services as required, including assessment, review, programme implementation, diagnostics.
2. Promote and deliver services within a person-centred approach, respecting individuality and diversity.
3. Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to integrated and coordinated service delivery.
4. Support staff, parents and families through advice, training and support programs.
5. Maintain statistical records and contribute to service reports, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Continuous professional development is encouraged through allocated time for relevant training and budget allocation.
Requirements:
* Possess a recognised post-graduate qualification in clinical psychology;
* Clinical graduates completing their post-graduate qualification in clinical or counselling psychology are welcome to apply;
* Qualifications validated by the Department of Health may be accepted.
* All candidates must meet registration requirements with the Psychological Society of Ireland.
