We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to individuals in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide high-quality care and support to service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met;
* To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of effective care plans;
* To maintain accurate records of service user information, including medical history, personal details, and any significant incidents or events.

Skills & Qualifications:
We require someone who has relevant qualifications of QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent.
Experience supporting children/adults with intellectual disabilities is essential.
A full Clean Driving License is required due home visits also strong medication administration skills would be an advantage
